Microsoft Teams Not Working: Common Fixes

1. 1Right-click Teams in the tray and choose Quit.
2. 2Rename the cache folder %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams to Teams_old.
3. 3Restart Teams — it rebuilds the cache.

2. 2Pick the correct speaker/mic and test the call.
3. 3Check Windows sound settings and privacy mic permissions.
