These terms govern your use of PCKEY.NET and the purchase of digital software licence keys.
Last updated: March 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and PCKEY LTD ("Company", "we", "us"). By placing an order or accessing our website at pckey.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Fulfillment Policy.
If you are purchasing on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
We sell digital software license keys ("License Keys") for Microsoft and other publishers' software products. Each License Key grants the right to activate a single copy of the corresponding software on the number of devices and under the conditions specified by the software publisher's End-User License Agreement ("EULA").
Product pages state the available product, edition, region, and any activation or compatibility information supplied for that listing. The terms of use of the underlying software are governed solely by the relevant publisher's EULA, not by these Terms. We do not warrant compatibility with any specific hardware configuration beyond what is specified in the product description.
Important: License Keys are single-use codes. Once a key has been activated against a Microsoft account or device, it cannot be unactivated, transferred to a different account, or refunded. Please verify that you are purchasing the correct product, edition, and region before completing your order.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. However, this right does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.
By completing your purchase and checking the confirmation box at checkout, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract (delivery of the License Key) and acknowledge that you will lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has taken place.
This does not affect your rights under our separate Refund Policy, which provides a 30-day money-back guarantee for unactivated License Keys.
License Keys are delivered digitally to your registered email address and to your PCKEY.NET account dashboard immediately after payment is confirmed. All orders are subject to fraud screening; in rare cases this may delay delivery by up to one hour. We will notify you by email if additional verification is required.
We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order that fails our fraud or risk checks, or where we are unable to fulfil the order for any reason, without liability beyond the refund of the amount paid.
All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable VAT or sales tax unless expressly stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our third-party secure payment provider. We do not store or have access to your full card details. All transactions are encrypted using TLS and subject to 3D Secure authentication where supported.
Prices may be displayed in multiple currencies for indicative purposes. Your card or payment account will be charged in the currency shown at checkout, which may differ from your local currency. Exchange rates and any applicable foreign transaction fees are determined by your payment provider.
You agree that you will not:
Breach of this section entitles us to cancel your order, suspend your account, and report the activity to relevant law enforcement or card scheme operators.
If you have a problem with your order, you must contact our support team at info@pckey.net before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. We aim to resolve all complaints within 3 business days.
Filing a chargeback for a transaction where the License Key has been delivered and activated constitutes fraud. We retain activation records, delivery logs, and IP/device data for each transaction, and will submit this evidence to the relevant card scheme in dispute proceedings. We cooperate fully with card scheme rules and applicable law in all chargeback investigations.
Our liability to you is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
All software sold through PCKEY.NET is the intellectual property of the respective publisher (e.g. Microsoft Corporation). We do not own the software; we sell authorised License Keys that grant you the right to use the software under the publisher's EULA. The PCKEY.NET brand, website design, and content are the property of PCKEY LTD. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide for a different jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting a notice on the website or by email. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend you review this page periodically.
