Microsoft Outlook Not Connecting: Troubleshooting

1. 1Check your internet connection.
2. 2Click Send/Receive > Work Offline to toggle it off.
3. 3Restart Outlook.

1. 1Open File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
2. 2Select the account and click Repair.
3. 3Re-enter credentials; for Microsoft 365 accounts enable app passwords if 2FA blocks the client.

1. 1Create a new Outlook profile: Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles > Add.
2. 2Switch to the new profile.
3. 3Reduce sync slider to 7 days if the mailbox is huge.
