01What your invoice shows
- Order number — quote this for any support request.
- Item lines — product name, quantity and unit price.
- Subtotal, discounts and total — check the discount line matches your bundle or coupon.
- Payment method — card, PayPal or other, with a reference.
- VAT — shown where applicable; business customers may see reverse-charge notes.
02Mismatch or missing invoice?
If the invoice doesn’t match what you paid, or you need a VAT invoice for your business, contact us with your order number and we’ll issue a corrected document.
03Where to download it again
Invoices and keys remain available in your account order history under My orders.
