Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Please contact our support team before filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank. We retain delivery logs, activation records, IP data, and device fingerprints for every order. Filing a chargeback for an activated key constitutes fraud and we will submit all available evidence to the card scheme. We resolve genuine issues quickly — most within one business day.

Subscription Cancellations

For subscription-based products (e.g. Microsoft 365), partial refunds are available on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the subscription term, provided the account has not been used for any billable services beyond the basic activation.
